What Should I do?
1.) Make sure the Camera is not plugged into a USB Hub Device. Plug the Camera directly into a USB port on the PC.
2.) Install the latest Direct X from Microsoft.

3.) Try to install version 1.11 of the IDCDZ01 driver.

4.) If the computer you have is a Pentium 4 Processor (Disable the hyper-threading option in the BIOS.) We recommend that only advanced users enter the BIOS to make this change. Please check with your administrator before any changes are made.
