Click the button above to download the IDenticard Camera Setup Utility and instructions for use. WinZip or equivalent compression/archive utility required. For installation instructions, or for troubleshooting connection problems with your camera, choose the appropriate software package at left.

The following cameras are supported by the IDenticard Camera Setup Utility, and are directly controlled by the IVIS Plus Software. USB Cameras require Windows 98/2000/XP and are not supported in 16-bit versions of IVIS Plus 500, 1000 or 2000.

Additionally, any camera that has a TWAIN interface driver available can be configured to work with current versions of the IVIS Plus system. This includes many USB web-cam type cameras, although the photo quality will not be as high as with the cameras listed above. Additionally, IVIS Plus 1000 & 2000 have the ability to import a photo stored on disk. In these versions, other cameras may be used, but IVIS Plus would not directly control the photo capture.

*The C-740 requires firmware version v754u-83 to work with the IVIS Plus software. Cameras with serial numbers starting with 25507 and higher are most likely to have this firmware version and be compatible with the Camera Setup utility. Cameras purchased from IDenticard are ready-to-use, however, a camera purchased from a vendor other than IDenticard may not have this firmware version. If technical support determines that your camera's firmware needs to be updated, the camera will need to be sent to IDenticard to perform this operation.
