IDenticard Technical Support provides telephone & web-based assistance to users of IDenticard's IVIS Plus line of Digital Imaging products, Personal ID products such as IDenticard Polaroid Film cameras and laminators, and support to authorized business partners for IDenticard Access Control Products. For information about non-software specific hardware, such as digital cameras or printers, choose the link from the list at left. For information about your Digital Imaging software, please select the appropriate software package.

Web-based technical assistance for IDenticard customers and business partners is available through WebEx, a secure remote control program used by Technical Support for troubleshooting purposes. If your PC is internet-capable, you may request a WebEx meeting from your technical support representative. After the meeting has been created for you, click the WebEx logo in the menu at left to be taken to the IDenticard WebEx site.
