The IDenticard University Learning Center (IULC) delivers an outstanding complement of product and related courses for system operators and for system administrators. Available at your site or via the web, our classes are conducted by experienced instructors and include comprehensive course content.
Batch Printing Service
Producing all of the identification badges you will need to start is usually the most time-consuming part of your badging program. IDenticard can help expedite that process by printing, producing and collating your badges. Simply set up your new IVIS Plus system, capture the photos and data, and send us the files… and you will receive finished badges ready for distribution.
Rental Systems
IDenticard’s rental program is designed for existing users of IDenticard’s IVIS Plus ID badge software who need additional equipment for an initial badging or rebadging project to help speed badge issuing. Customers may rent additional system components, including IVIS Plus software, digital cameras with power supply and tripod, PCs and PVC printers.
PVC Printer Repair
Need service on your Fargo or Zebra PVC printer? You can trust IDenticard to complete the repair quickly and accurately. As an authorized service provider for Fargo and Zebra, we complete the repairs at our corporate service center and have direct access to the manufacturers’ technical teams for parts and assistance, as needed.
For additional coverage, consider an IDenticard PVC Printer Service Agreement. This one-year agreement provides IDenticard technical support help desk service, overnight loaner printer shipped at no charge to you, and all parts and labor to repair the printer, except for print heads (which are available at a discounted price). Our printer repair service and Service Agreements are available for your Fargo and Zebra PVC printers, even if you did not purchase them from us.
Security Evaluation
If you are currently using an IDenticard ID badge product, you may wonder how to determine what access control or visitor management system best fits your needs. With a free security evaluation, an IDenticard representative will visit your site, evaluate your facility, and discuss your security needs and concerns, before recommending an appropriate access control or visitor management solution. |
