JetPak™ ID Credential Paper, Dual-Core, CR80 Credit Card Size Sheet, No Slot (20 Mil)

Ideal for federal government agencies, law enforcement, and organizations looking for a durable, high-security ID solution, JetPak dual-core credit-card sized credential paper requires a compatible credit card-sized (2.13" x 3.38") JetPak™ laminating pouch (F85-52CWP) to create a fully-finished ID card. Constructed of two layers of durable synthetic paper, JetPak™ ID credential paper can be customized easily on both sides using a standard inkjet printer. These ID cards are slot-free, allowing you to print both horizontal and vertical ID cards.

What is the difference between single-core and dual-core?

Single-core JetPak™ cards are made of a single layer of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 7/3 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 30 mils thick. We recommend these cards for organizations that want printing on one side of the card, with variable data printed on the other.
Dual-core JetPak™ cards are made of two layers of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 5/2 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 34 mils thick. The template for these cards can be configured to allow you to print on both sides of the card in a single pass, saving time.

Instructions for Use:

It's never been easier to create your own secure credential. First, print the ID card using your inkjet printer. Next, remove the cardstock credential paper from the sheet of pre-cut synthetic paper, and insert into the laminating pouch. Finally, simply run the compatible laminating pouch through a laminating machine for a complete durable card!
