You may return stock items purchased from IDenticard.com for full credit within 30 days of the date of invoice. Items returned between 31 and 90 days will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee which will be waived if an additional order is placed at the time of the return. Items may not be returned after 90 days of the date of invoice. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us immediately for an exchange. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to IDenticard's error.

Factory authorization is required for all returns, and returned material must be received by IDenticard in new condition as it was shipped from the factory. To make a return, please call IDenticard customer service at 800-233-0298.
