Available for purchase at any time, this agreement entitles you to unlimited technical support during IDenticard technical support business hours.* and software upgrades to the latest version at no additional charge. Upgrades will be available for download from IDenticard's FTP site. An upgrade CD is available for an additional fee. When the SSA is purchased with XPRESS-WB, the customer may attend the weekly training session throughout the 12-months at no additional charge. * Technical support business hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET Monday – Thursday; 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET Friday. Hours not applicable to company holidays
