Access Control

IDenticard® makes access control systems that flex with the changing security needs of its customers. You can start by controlling one door in a single building and expand to a worldwide network controlling hundreds of doors thousands of miles apart — without replacing your original access control equipment. If needs change, simply add equipment.

IDenticard’s PremiSys™ access control system offers an impressive set of advanced features. PremiSys is an attractive option to control building access for facilities of every size. Just check out some of these key features:

  • Dynamic Mapping – PremiSys is an all-inclusive access control system, containing dynamic mapping to monitor alarms, relays, doors, and alarm acknowledgments through a floor plan/graphic map interface. PremiSys dynamic mapping is easy to configure: simply drag icons from the site tree and drop them onto the map.
  • Video Integration – Live and recorded video is configurable for display and is triggered by system transactions or alarm acknowledgments. You can also open live video at any time. The Transaction History report contains links to open video recorded at the time of the transaction, using the camera assigned to the point generating the transaction.
  • SMTP Mail Server Connection – Send emails to computers and mobile phones to alert security personnel of system events or alarms.
  • Antipassback (APB) – The system prevents reusing cards to access the same area within a specified period of time, or until the card has been used to exit the area. Areas-based APB also incorporates occupancy counts.
  • ADA Compliance – Extended door time is assigned to cardholders with disabilities who require it.
  • Identification Badging – PremiSys draws on the expressionsID™ cardholder database for ID card design and badge-making. That gives you the power and versatility to create a professional ID badge solution with a look that’s distinctively yours. Ready-to-use screen designs can be modified easily using convenient drag-and-drop controls, and you can print your badges directly from the data entry screen.
