IDenticard Introduces expressionsID™ Badging Solution

Lancaster, PA (October 2, 2006) - IDenticard Systems, a leading producer of biometric security identification and access control systems, is announcing the release of expressionsID, an innovative ID badging software solution. Developed by IDenticard's own team of industry experts, expressionsID is designed to enhance the level of any security management program.

expressionsID offers customers an ID card solution with the power and versatility to create professional badges with a distinctive look. “When developing expressionsID, we wanted to incorporate elements that would make design and printing ID badges more creative and enjoyable for the operator,” said Henderson. “We believe this software will enable our customers to create inspired card and screen designs.”

One of the highlights of the software is the exclusive record navigator, which provides folder-based management of cardholder records, allowing the user to custom configure records to display in groups for fast, simultaneous viewing and eliminate tedious, record-by-record searches. Record-display views include icon, list, details or thumbnail. It is also possible to run searches based on any field in the database. Easy-to-define security profiles enable the user to specify the time period for which individual users have software rights.

With expressionsID, it is possible to take advantage of multiple card technologies, including magnetic stripe encoding, bar code or biometric data. Single or multiple cards can be encoded for photo ID, access control, time and attendance, and assorted applications such as vending, debit or library transactions. The biometric data stored on the IDentiSMART contactless smart card authenticates the user’s identity.

The software features drag and drop design, making it easy to customize screens and cards and save them as new designs. There is also a default database and stylish design templates. And like all IDenticard software, expressionsID is designed for ease of use and is backed by a comprehensive range of product training and support services.
