IDenticard and Stromberg Announce Partnership Agreement


Lancaster, PA (February 14, 2000) - IDenticard Systems, Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer of security identification, and Stromberg LLC, a market leader in time and employee management systems, have agreed to form an alliance to provide integrated time and attendance and access control solutions. The two firms serve a combined customer base of over 30,000.

The partnership enables IDenticard and Stromberg to offer bi-directional, seamless integration of their core product lines, from security badge operations and single data entry (including photo identification) to time management and access control. An employee can now be entered into a photo identification, access control, and time and attendance program using one badge with a single entry.

While the development of the required interfacing was conducted jointly by IDenticard and Stromberg, both companies will continue to market their respective products independently. According to the terms of the agreement, the two organizations are actively recruiting each other's reseller network to market the combined solution technology.

Paul Henneman, Corporate Alliance Marketing Manager at IDenticard, believes the alliance with Stromberg will open new doors for the company's network of 300 Partners.
