16. WARRANTY PROVISION: 20-316
    (Equipment) 
    All necessary adjustments of equipment procured hereunder not occasioned by accident by the Government shall be made by the contractor at his own expense, including transportation costs, if any, during the 90-day period after shipment. All traditional photo ID equipment procured hereunder is guaranteed for a period of two years and all imaging software for one year from date of shipment. Imaging hardware are guaranteed for 90 days from date of shipment. During the guarantee period all broken or defective parts not caused by accident or misuse through fault or negligence by the Government will be replaced, and all necessary equipment adjustments occasioned by such defective parts will be made at the contractor's expense, including labor, parts, and transportation costs, if any.
    
    (Supplies)
    We warrant to the original purchaser the supplies provided by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any supply item which may thus prove defective within 30 days from the date of shipment, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective. All supply items in question must be returned to IDenticard within 30 days of receipt.
17. EXPORT PACKING CHARGES: Available upon request at commercial rates.
18. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GOVERNMENT COMMERCIAL CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE: VISA, MasterCard and American Express accepted upon verification inquiry approval. No additional discount. All terms and prices in accordance with this contract.
