    (HARDWARE) 
    Guaranteed by IDenticard Systems Worldwide, Inc. for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment or the Manufacturer's Warranty provided to IDenticard, whichever is greater. During the guarantee period, all broken or defective parts not caused by accident or misuse through fault or negligence by the customer will be replaced, and all necessary equipment adjustments occasioned by such defective parts will be made at the contractor's expense, including labor, parts, and transportation costs, if any.

    Guaranteed for one (1) year after the date of shipment. 
    
    (expressionsID IMAGING SOFTWARE)
    Guaranteed for ninety (90) days after the date of shipment.
    
    (SUPPLIES)
    IDenticard Systems Worldwide, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser the supplies provided by IDenticard to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any supply item which may thus prove defective within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective. All supply items in question must be returned to IDenticard within thirty (30) days of receipt.
17. EXPORT PACKING CHARGES: Available upon request at commercial rates.
