TRAINING
MANAGER
For the past 18 years, Jill has managed the Corporate
Training Division. Her responsibilities have included
structuring and overseeing all product and systems training
for the firm's Partner network, end users and internal
staff and to oversee the development of training materials.
Her writing and teaching experience, along with her extensive
experience in the security business, has helped her to
spearhead the continual development of the IDenticard
University Learning Center. |

Cindy Zearfoss

PRE-SALES
TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Eighteen years of experience working with our Partner
network has gained Cindy valuable insights into access
control and imaging applications. Cindy began her
work with access control as a customer service representative,
then served a number of years in our technical support
department helping our Partners and direct customers with
access control and imaging solutions. She specializes
in pre-sales technical support to our Partner network.
As a member of the Corporate Training Division, she also
provides IVIS training to Partners and end-users, in person
and via the Web. |

Kathy Zimmerman

TECHNICAL
TRAINING SPECIALIST
Kathy joined IDenticard in the spring of 2002, bringing
with her a diverse range of teaching experience. Kathy
has a Masters Degree in Communications, and spent three
years abroad developing courses in Japan. She taught
Web design and trained users of procurement Web sites and custom defense logistics software.
Here at IDenticard, Kathy is the chief trainer of IDentiPASS and PASSPort. She also develops our Web-based learning tools,
and conducts many of our on-line classes. |
